Our building system is similar to assembling a puzzle, where all the pieces fit together perfectly to form a final product, light but very stable. In our case the set of pieces is made up of different parts of the building (walls, floors, roofs, etc.) These, once assembled, form a lightweight and high quality construction, like a perfectly fitting puzzle.

Another advantage of this system is the fixed term of delivery. Our assembly is performed within a stipulated time, according to the characteristics of the product. As an example of assembly time could indicate that a building of 164 units on 5 floors, are assembled in just 30 days, or a private house of 180m2 on 2 levels, within 2 weeks. These times are clearly much lower than those generated in traditional building systems.

The buildings pieces are manufactured in a factory, where upon completion of all parts, are shipped to the place where the project is required. Upon arrival, the parts ( complete walls etc) are assembled to complete the building, in the absence of furniture and accessories, so it becomes ready for customer delivery.

Projects are completed in half the time, and are faster and easier to complete.

In addition to those buildings designed by our clients we have a wide range of standard models buildings, ready to be installed. All our systems comply with current legislation, both in energy and other technologies. Our partners are highly specialized companies and are able to deliver their products perfectly adapted to our requirements.
